Like all living things, humans are a miraculous network of processes, a complex of chemicals, tissues & organs designed with the purpose of self-sustaining operation.  We are wonderful and still enigmatic machines.  For these works I looked at structures of proteins and models of chemicals as well as the movement of body parts.  As this introspection deepens the reality of the physical self devolves to become more like an out of body experience, looking back at self as a thing.
